With some warm weather finally hitting the Lehigh Valley we were able to get some great shots of Carter, his mommy and daddy. Turning the big one Carter was all smiles with his big shinny number one silver balloon! We took some shots at Wehr's Dam followed by the train tracks just before sun set.
